About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the identification and acquisition of new customers using modern AI tools and various communication channels
- Generate new customer contacts independently via telephone, LinkedIn, or email
- Actively contribute to building new customer relationships and creating sales opportunities
- Follow up and qualify leads, including diligent maintenance of the CRM system
- Coordinate customer inquiries for services in collaboration with the production team and external partners
- Assist in needs assessment during early sales phases (BANT)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (focus on Sales), or a comparable field
- Experience or knowledge in cold calling and customer outreach
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with CRM systems or LinkedIn is an advantage
- High level of initiative, communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and very good English skills
