Responsibilities

• Support management in daily operational business
• Handle organizational and administrative tasks
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on appointments and meetings
• Create presentations, evaluations, and protocols
• Support projects and internal special tasks
• Maintain and manage documents and confidential records
• Communicate with internal departments and external contacts
• Assist with organizational processes and optimizations
• Conduct research and provide support for management
• Perform general assistant and administrative duties

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Health Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable field
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills and strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential information
• Ability to work in a team with a professional demeanor
• Interest in administrative and organizational processes in healthcare
