Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process and internal training sessions
• Assist with the creation of employment contracts and certificates
• Maintain and update the applicant database
• Contribute to the internal company newsletter
• Help organize career events, seminars, and social activities
• Conduct research on current HR and recruiting topics
• Support social media activities and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at a university
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Management
• Proficiency in the German language
• Ability to work in an international professional environment
