Working Student - HR Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Process Design Team in designing and implementing a global HR process framework
• Prepare for and support discovery and design sessions through data research and KPI development
• Design, document, and maintain global HR processes, including end-to-end workflows
• Facilitate collaboration within the Process Center of Excellence and manage communications
• Analyze HR processes against best practices to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Extract and analyze process data using Power BI to generate insights and monitor system performance

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student, preferably focusing on Business Administration or Human Resources
• Basic understanding of HR functions and a strong interest in HR process modeling
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• German language skills are a strong plus
