Working Student HR Digitalization & Process Management

Responsibilities

• Act as an interface within the HR team, supporting HR Administration, Data & Analytics, and Learning & Development
• Analyze existing HR workflows from onboarding to offboarding and transform analog processes into digital ones
• Assist in the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR software to ensure clean data flow
• Support HR Business Partners with operational tasks and digital transformation projects
• Opportunity to link a real-world digitalization project with your final thesis under expert supervision

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student (for at least one more year) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Strong IT affinity with a logical approach to processes, data, and complex tools
• Structured, independent work style and the willingness to challenge existing processes
• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across various company interfaces
