Working Student Hotel Systems & Digitalization

Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain digital tools and smart workflows to increase process efficiency
• Design and manage automations using interfaces and No-/Low-Code solutions (e.g., n8n)
• Perform testing and quality assurance for digital products like Kiosk and Pre-Arrival systems
• Document technical setups and assist in analyzing and fixing simple bugs
• Support administrative tasks including data maintenance, invoice checks, and corrections
• Assist with rollouts and quality assurance of new digital products

Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field
• Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong interest in digital products, automation, and the intersection of business and technology
• Structured, careful, and pragmatic working style
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility
