Working Student, GRC, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Support Professional Services consultants and project managers in client-facing engagements using the Mitratech GRC platform
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client workshops, onboarding sessions, and project kick-offs
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standardized delivery assets, including project plans and configuration templates
• Help curate and adapt content libraries covering GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR/DSGVO, and NIS2
• Monitor regulatory developments and summarize relevant changes for internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and QBR preparation for key EMEA accounts

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in business, information management, law, engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in GRC, information security, risk management, or regulatory compliance
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex topics and document findings clearly
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Structured, self-starter approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
