Working Student - Global Procurement & Supplier Management

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update supplier data within SAP Ariba
• Manage Code of Conduct and NDA documentation, including collection, review, and renewal
• Handle supplier self-assessments by managing distribution, tracking, and status monitoring
• Support the global supplier approval workflow and assist in creating approval documentation
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in a business or technical field, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Structured, diligent, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Availability to work approximately 15–20 hours per week at our Berlin-Moabit location
