Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of international IT infrastructure projects
• Assist with project management activities including status tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain and update project data using tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, and Excel
• Prepare presentations and materials for stakeholder communication and decision-making
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the improvement of project management standards, templates, and processes
• Take ownership of smaller tasks such as dashboards, report automation, or SharePoint pages

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration)
• Availability of 16–20 hours per week
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure topics such as cloud, networks, and data centers
• Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style
• Good communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• First experience in IT or project management is a plus
