Working Student FSQA and Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Support the assurance of food and quality standards throughout the entire value chain
• Assist with internal audits and preparation for external audits
• Monitor, document, and track hygiene, quality, and process specifications
• Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and reports
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for deviations
• Evaluate quality data and create reports and overviews

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or similar
• Initial practical experience in the food sector (e.g., gastronomy or food production)
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite
• Interest in quality management and food safety
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style
• Hands-on mentality and initiative
