Working Student Fraud Management Charge & Fuel

Responsibilities

• Review Charge & Fuel transactions daily for irregularities and suspicious activity
• Create and maintain fraud monitoring rules within the Online Watcher system
• Forward suspicious cases to Sales and Sales Support for customer clarification
• Prepare and initiate reports for authorities and internal departments

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in studies for Mathematics, Business Administration (BWL), Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong mathematical understanding and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to perform data analysis and identify specific usage patterns
• Proactive and independent way of working
• Availability for occasional hourly shifts on weekends
