Working Student for Purchasing, Sustainability and Supplier Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities including supplier communication, master data maintenance in TEMPO, and market price analyses.
• Assist in sustainability initiatives by helping calculate and track upstream Scope 3 CO₂ emissions and monitoring supplier reduction programs.
• Contribute to Supplier Quality Management through qualification monitoring (IATF/ISO certifications) and the digitalization of SQ processes.
• Participate in annual pricing activities and contract documentation administration.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in studies related to IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Physics, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various functions and suppliers.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• A curious, creative mindset and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German.
• Knowledge of Czech or Polish.
