About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3 million in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Automate cash flow management, document management, and investor reporting
• Identify bottlenecks early and resolve critical issues with high autonomy
• Help build scalable structures, decision-making processes, and reporting systems
• Take ownership of cross-departmental key projects such as new business models and fundraising preparation
• Create comprehensive analyses to support founder decision-making
• Structure complex questions regarding debt financing and performance reviews
• Translate the founders' vision and strategy into concrete roadmaps and operational goals

Requirements

• Experience in Consulting (Tier 1/Tier 2), High-Growth Start-ups, or VC/PE
• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the energy or real estate industry or a strong interest in these sectors
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluency in German and English
