Working Student (f/m/d) Innovation Subsidy Program Support

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of subsidy projects from setup through execution and completion
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with internal R&D project decisions
• Drive adherence to subsidy business processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• Monitor effort and cost against plan and forecast to identify and resolve deviations
• Prepare and deliver high-quality internal reports on project progress, risks, and corrective actions
• Liaise with technical leaders, finance, and central subsidy teams to ensure timely deliverables
• Support the continuous improvement of data-driven subsidy management processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business, engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• High attention to detail and confidence in managing complex data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PowerBI, Copilot, or similar business intelligence solutions
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to legacy systems and process improvements
