About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the growth of the EV Charging business in CEE by identifying new leads and business opportunities
- Conduct market research to build a qualified pipeline across retail, fleet, and logistics sectors
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to create initial connections
- Schedule meetings and support the pre-sales journey alongside the Sales team
- Organise and track key projects, customer activities, and next steps
- Collaborate on presentations, proposals, and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Currently studying or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, New Mobility, or a related field
- Confident communication in Polish and English at C1 level
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently
- Interest in clean mobility, renewable energy, or technology-driven industries
- Proficiency with digital tools including Excel, CRM systems, and LinkedIn
- Previous exposure to business development, sales support, or lead generation is an advantage
