Working Student Energy Operations

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Energy Operations team in the operational implementation and further development of customer projects
• Assist in the technical and operational execution of ongoing projects from contract signature to realization
• Analyze existing processes to identify complexity and optimization potential
• Help build scalable structures, standards, and templates for operational projects
• Develop internal processes and tools (e.g., Airtable) to increase efficiency
• Implement process optimizations and automations
• Take on cross-departmental special projects in organization, tooling, and internal structures

Requirements

• Currently studying Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a relevant field
• Initial experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or project management via internships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
• Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluent in German and English
