Working Student - Employee Engagement

Responsibilities

• Research and create captivating editorial content in English, including articles, Viva Engage news, videos, and presentations
• Maintain and update content across various internal communication platforms to ensure relevance and engagement
• Participate in communication and engagement projects and campaigns designed to connect a global workforce
• Support reporting, content administration, and channel performance tracking to optimize communication strategies

Requirements

• Currently studying journalism, communication, media studies, or a related field
• Strong English language skills (Danish language skills are an advantage)
• High level of creativity and strong attention to detail in written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SharePoint or other communication platforms
• Ability to take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and consistently meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in corporate communications
• A keen interest in the energy transition and the energy industry
