Working Student EHS/Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Support permit management for environment and sustainability by building and structuring a central database for environmental documents
• Assist with the digitalization and maintenance of existing permit documentation and track environmental requirements and deadlines
• Contribute to occupational health and safety by helping create and update risk assessments
• Document and track safety measures and participate in workplace inspections and process evaluations
• Support the maintenance and development of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management) systems
• Assist with internal and external audits, documentation, and the development of standard operating procedures and KPIs

Requirements

• Strong interest in environmental topics, energy, occupational safety, and sustainable development
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A structured working style, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills
