Working Student Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Support the South team in daily operations to ensure stable processes and service quality
• Gain practical insights into operational customer care within a dynamic service environment
• Coordinate with internal interfaces such as logistics, sales, and production to maintain long-term business relationships
• Monitor and support customers throughout the entire transport and delivery process
• Manage the processing of customer inquiries and orders
• Create regular reports to support team activities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field in Germany
• Strong interest in customer service and interacting with people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems (specifically SAP) is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, carefully, and in a structured manner
• Very good command of both German and English
