Working Student Corporate Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of the annual sustainability report and sustainability-related governance and control processes (IKS)
• Assist with ESG ratings and assessments (e.g., EcoVadis, ISS ESG) and process sustainability inquiries from customers and investors
• Support stakeholder analyses and materiality assessments including research and evaluation
• Conduct market, competitor, and benchmark analyses regarding sustainability topics and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain sustainability information and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate on ongoing sustainability projects and handle administrative tasks
• Coordinate and process inquiries via central sustainability mailboxes in cooperation with specialist departments

Requirements

• Ongoing Master's degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, Resource Management, Business Administration with a focus on sustainability, or a comparable field
• Understanding of sustainability topics and current ESG/regulatory developments (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, or EU Taxonomy)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Structured, diligent, and analytical working style
• High level of initiative, reliability, and flexibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
