Working Student Commercial Project Management

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support for the execution of international service projects
• Assist with project calculations, contract management, and customer invoicing
• Support order processing and the billing of customer orders
• Contribute to financial controlling, specifically in accounts receivable and cash/asset management
• Create and maintain monthly financial, project, and management reports including data analysis
• Perform analytical and administrative tasks and prepare presentations for team communication

Requirements

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable commercial degree program
• Continuous enrollment status throughout the entire duration of employment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience or knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or UiPath)
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Strong commercial understanding and organizational talent
