About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate operational key performance indicators (KPIs) through data analysis
- Create performance reports and support process automation initiatives
- Handle operational tasks and communicate with international service providers
- Support quality management processes within the customer service department
- Manage administrative tasks related to system access for external employees
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
- Strong numerical understanding, analytical mindset, and IT affinity
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Good English language skills
- High motivation with a fast and accurate way of working
- Ability to work well in a team and handle detailed analyses
- Previous practical experience in customer service or a customer-oriented company is a plus
