Working Student Assurance

Responsibilities

• Manage internal department communications by creating and publishing engaging content, including news posts, presentations, and videos
• Maintain and enhance department SharePoint sites and internal communication channels to ensure information is accessible
• Support day-to-day administrative and organizational activities, including the coordination of management meetings and strategic initiatives
• Assist in the development of AI-driven ideas and the maintenance of high data quality within Assurance tools
• Organize department meetings, workshops, and team events within a global, international environment

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
• Practical experience in content creation using multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, specifically SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
• Fluency in both English and German
• Strong creativity, proactivity, and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
