Working Student Asset & Property Management

Responsibilities

• Active support in Property Management, including organizing and tracking maintenance and repair measures
• Coordination of tenants during extensive construction projects
• Assistance with construction, renovation, and energy optimization measures
• Support in planning, coordination, and schedule tracking for technical optimizations and efficiency measures
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support during apartment inspections, handovers, and rental processes
• Handling operational daily tasks to ensure smooth operations within the residential real estate portfolio

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in practical real estate management and construction/maintenance measures
• Hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and reliability
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• English language skills are an advantage
