Working Student - Assembly

Responsibilities

• Assemble NavVis VLX and MLX mobile scanning devices end-to-end
• Collaborate with Assembly Technicians to calibrate devices
• Perform incoming inspections of components to ensure quality standards
• Assemble subcomponents including compute units and PCBs
• Handle focusing lenses and record essential calibration data
• Run system and unit tests to ensure full functionality
• Conduct quality and functional controls during and after the assembly process
• Provide feedback to the assembly team to drive continuous quality improvements

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A hands-on passion for mechanics and assembly
• Experience with tools such as torque wrenches is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
