About the role
About the Company
Hawk is the leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. Banks and payment providers globally use Hawk’s combination of traditional rules and explainable AI to improve AML compliance and fraud prevention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct use case mapping exercises by interviewing colleagues and observing workflows
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows using Claude and orchestration tools like n8n or Make
- Present progress, failures, and learnings at bi-weekly cross-cohort showcases
- Document successful workflows for departmental use
- Act as the departmental point of contact for AI tool questions
- Collaborate with Data and IT working students to access approved data sources
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, Management, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
- Proven personal experience using AI tools
- Evidence of building side projects, personal automations, or experiments
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical colleagues
- Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new orchestration tools and AI technologies
