Working Student AI & Customer Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Enablement team in day-to-day operations including tracking health scores and data importing
• Analyze customer usage data to identify friction points
• Create and maintain enablement content such as guides, templates, and video walkthroughs
• Build AI-powered workflows for customer onboarding and product adoption
• Test and document new AI tools and prompting approaches for customer-facing use cases

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program
• Proven experimentation with AI or automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Proficiency in working with and drawing conclusions from data
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or CS tooling like HubSpot, Gainsight, or Zendesk
• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM APIs
• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, real estate, or startup environments
