Working Student – Additive Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage 3D print jobs, including material handling and post-processing of high-end components
• Optimize workplace layouts and support maintenance of the machine park
• Assist with quality assurance, calibration procedures, and industrial precision standards
• Document processes, take inventory of consumables, and maintain project data in the ERP system
• Support ad-hoc projects such as implementing new systems and redesigning production areas

Requirements

• Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable STEM degree
• Passion for additive manufacturing; first experience with CAD software, slicers, or personal 3D printing projects is a plus
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative in the workshop, lab, or process optimization
• Desire for a steep learning curve and understanding of a modern scale-up at the intersection of technology and business
