About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end working capital performance across Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to optimize cash conversion.
  • Lead the AR/AP performance cadence in partnership with Treasury and Group Finance to ensure accountability and follow-through.
  • Improve Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to support cash realization and payment predictability.
  • Oversee daily and weekly exception management, including collections, disputes, unapplied cash, and invoice backlogs.
  • Provide transparent performance updates and reporting to senior stakeholders using scorecards and RAG reporting.
  • Strengthen collections discipline and oversee dispute governance to accelerate resolution.
  • Increase PO compliance and reduce invoice booking cycle times by partnering with Procurement and Service Lines.
  • Own the working capital KPI suite and champion the adoption of automated Power BI dashboards and D365 workflows.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant or currently in the final stages of qualification.
  • Strong understanding of working capital drivers, including DSO, DPO, ageing, and dispute cycle times.
  • Proven experience improving O2C and P2P processes within an SSC, matrix, or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills, specifically with Power BI and Excel.
  • Proficiency in ERP and workflow tools, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on root-cause analysis and sustainable process improvements.
