Workfront Fusion Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Adobe Workfront Fusion development for Marketing, including roadmap, sequencing, and capacity planning
• Define business requirements and scenario specifications for new Fusion integrations and automations
• Drive prioritization decisions across the Fusion development backlog based on business value and delivery risk
• Partner with the Workfront Product Owner to align Fusion initiatives with the broader MarTech strategy
• Direct the work of the Fusion Developer, reviewing scenario design and providing technical guidance
• Communicate Fusion delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to governance forums
• Govern Fusion environment hygiene, including connection management and error handling standards
• Build and maintain technical documentation, run books, and design standards
• Partner with IT and Information Security to scope cross-system integrations
• Optimize existing Fusion scenarios for performance and operational cost

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in leading Workfront Fusion or comparable iPaaS development (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)
• 3-5 years of experience defining business requirements for marketing or work management platform integrations
• Proficiency with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, REST and SOAP APIs, and JSON
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clean Fusion scenario designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and Orange Logic Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Adobe Workfront Fusion certification
• Adobe Workfront Administrator certification
