Workforce/Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance, fill-rate, and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients across Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships, identify workforce needs, and deliver tailored staffing solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
• Drive workforce growth and identify new business development opportunities

Requirements

• Proven recruitment leadership experience
• Background in agency recruitment, workforce solutions, or staffing services
• Strong stakeholder management and business development skills
• Excellent communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
