Workforce Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end advisory engagements to help customers translate employee insights into measurable organizational impact and action.
• Serve as the primary consulting partner for a dedicated portfolio of customers, guiding them through the design and execution of listening and action strategies.
• Develop high-impact executive presentations combining narrative clarity, visual data visualization, and external research to drive C-suite commitment.
• Configure listening events within the Perceptyx platform, ensuring flawless execution of survey logic, benchmarks, and trend data.
• Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis to connect behavioral changes and listening data to tangible business metrics and ROI.
• Co-create strategic advisory plans, including the implementation and tracking of Perceptyx AI Agents and behavioral nudge programs.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and address evolving customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience (EX), organizational development, workforce transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven executive presence with a track record of managing multi-stakeholder relationships and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in survey design, item construction, and metrics translation.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to scale work efficiency and build customer value.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously with high accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Organizational Behavior.
