About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a diverse portfolio of workforce support programs, including training delivery, performance management, and deployment lifecycles.
- Coordinate training program logistics, including scheduling, speaker coordination, and curriculum delivery.
- Facilitate the directorate’s Performance Management Program (DCIPS) and advise the workforce on progress.
- Provide full lifecycle coordination for personnel deployments, managing readiness, travel (DTS, SPOT), and medical/security requirements.
- Develop and maintain program-specific dashboards and reports to track metrics for training, performance, and space utilization.
- Lead training on analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203, 206) and create reference tools for the workforce.
- Develop and maintain physical space implementation plans, monitoring vacancies and optimizing seating arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or 7-10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- 5-7 years of experience managing or coordinating multiple programs in a fluid environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal workforce regulations and performance management principles (e.g., DCIPS).
- Experience as an instructor or facilitator with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data sorting and reporting.
- Active Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using travel and deployment systems such as MET, DTS, SPOT, or APACS.
- Specific experience with PeopleSoft and the DCIPS Performance Management system.
- Experience developing data visualizations or dashboards using tools like Tableau.
- At least 24 months of experience resolving issues requiring cross-organizational coordination.
