About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement teams to integrate Workforce Applications into the global GTM motion.
- Create and deliver compelling sales plays, presentations, ROI insights, and customer stories to empower internal teams and partners.
- Conduct discovery workshops and solution mapping to align customer strategic needs with Anaplan’s Workforce Applications.
- Serve as a functional expert, guiding prospects and customers on best practices for adopting workforce planning and performance management solutions.
- Support the sales team in key and late-stage sales opportunities through expert product demonstrations and technical guidance.
- Act as a thought leader by representing Anaplan at industry events and contributing expert content via blogs, webcasts, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to develop differentiation tactics, battlecards, and win reports.
Requirements
- Deep domain knowledge of Workforce planning (strategic, operational, and headcount levels) and the broader workforce management market.
- Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead workshops and deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
- Experience in developing enablement programs and training materials for sales and partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of product management, GTM operations, and the ability to translate field feedback into actionable product insights.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and/or German to support regional stakeholder collaboration.
