About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational rosters, including leave planning and shift filling
- Support Service Delivery teams to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant scheduling
- Accurately translate master rosters into operational rosters that meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Identify and share opportunities to improve workforce mobilization processes
- Work collaboratively to implement advanced shift filling and advocate for advanced leave planning
Requirements
- Proven scheduling experience, preferably within a large, dispersed organisation
- Strong ability to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and customers
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of Kronos and Schedulo systems is highly beneficial
- Must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Must hold a valid Working with Children Check
