Workforce Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational rosters, including leave planning and shift filling
• Support Service Delivery teams to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant scheduling
• Accurately translate master rosters into operational rosters that meet legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify and share opportunities to improve workforce mobilization processes
• Work collaboratively to implement advanced shift filling and advocate for advanced leave planning

Requirements

• Proven scheduling experience, preferably within a large, dispersed organisation
• Strong ability to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and customers
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Knowledge of Kronos and Schedulo systems is highly beneficial
• Must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
• Must hold a valid Working with Children Check
