About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular monitoring of WIOA case files to ensure eligibility and documentation compliance
- Track contract performance goals and federal performance indicators
- Develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes and corrective action plans
- Utilize data-driven tools like Power BI and Excel for predictive analysis and performance forecasting
- Prepare and present performance and quality reports to leadership and funders
- Partner with frontline managers to provide coaching and ensure accountability
- Lead internal file reviews to ensure readiness for state and federal monitoring visits
- Support staff development and training related to quality assurance and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of WIOA program experience or quality assurance/compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of WIOA regulations and performance metrics
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data tools like SC Works Online Services (SCWOS) preferred
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
