Workforce Quality and Performance Administrator

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular monitoring of WIOA case files to ensure eligibility and documentation compliance
• Track contract performance goals and federal performance indicators
• Develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes and corrective action plans
• Utilize data-driven tools like Power BI and Excel for predictive analysis and performance forecasting
• Prepare and present performance and quality reports to leadership and funders
• Partner with frontline managers to provide coaching and ensure accountability
• Lead internal file reviews to ensure readiness for state and federal monitoring visits
• Support staff development and training related to quality assurance and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of WIOA program experience or quality assurance/compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of WIOA regulations and performance metrics
• Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with data tools like SC Works Online Services (SCWOS) preferred
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
