About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor long-term strategic resource plans for airports and freight
- Identify and implement transformation initiatives through stakeholder engagement
- Lead a team of workforce planners to produce seasonal planning and monthly rosters
- Manage planning rule set up, maintenance, and Master Roster Build
- Improve roster efficiency and utilization within a complex organization
Requirements
- Strong background in Workforce Planning and strategic resource plans
- Experience managing large teams
- Advanced numeracy skills for data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in MS Office, including macro and VBA development
- Understanding of rostering concepts and process design
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency using GroundStar planning and rostering systems
