Workforce Planning and Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support global headcount budget build-up by analyzing regional and functional growth against productivity targets
• Partner with HR and Finance to integrate operational and strategic insights into long-term workforce planning
• Monitor and assess resource requests to ensure alignment with global budget and business strategy
• Develop and manage global reporting standards, templates, and dashboards using tools like Tableau
• Track operational KPIs including utilization, billable hours, and transformation metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Implement a global "load vs. capacity" tracker to optimize cost and staffing
• Define and enforce data governance policies to improve data quality and enable advanced performance metrics
• Provide regular analytical reporting to leadership to highlight risks, trends, and cost-optimization opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, HR Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Resource Management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, Power Query, and pivot tables
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Fluency in English
• Strong ability to link HR metrics directly to financial performance and budget optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet or SAP ERP
• Proven experience defining and implementing data standards and reporting templates in a global function
