Workforce Optimization Coach

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee schedules using the WFM auto-scheduling system
• Manage WFM system configurations, including volume forecasts, UK compliance, and hours of operation
• Drive adoption of the Scheduling for Service philosophy through training and regular feedback sessions with department schedulers
• Process day-off and shift swap requests via the UKG KRONOS app
• Develop training content for time and pay tools, onboarding, and business reviews
• Support vacation management, timecard maintenance, and pay queries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and share labor-related insights

Requirements

• Basic understanding of labor forecasting, scheduling systems, and time & pay tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to different organizational levels
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively
• Commitment to coaching performance and making complex processes accessible to others

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with KRONOS, ADP, or other time and pay systems
