About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of global Workforce Optimization (WO) and Reduction in Force (RIF) processes
- Prepare, validate, and execute workforce impact files and notification cycles ensuring data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws and internal governance frameworks
- Manage employee data related to terminations, exits, and transitions within HR systems like Workday
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in addressing employee queries regarding separations, grievances, or benefits during RIF cycles
- Track key performance metrics including accuracy, timeliness, and process exceptions
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, Employee Relations, or workforce lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of RIF, restructuring, or workforce optimization processes
- Understanding of labor law and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Workday and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines in high-pressure environments
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
