Workforce Modernization Senior Principal

Responsibilities

• Carry annual revenue responsibility of approximately $2M–$4M+, driving growth through client expansion and new business development
• Lead and grow Workforce Modernization and transformation-focused accounts
• Scope, shape, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives including operating model design and process optimization
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders in complex environments
• Provide a clear point of view on how AI reshapes roles, processes, and organizational structures
• Own deals from origination through execution, including leading pursuits, proposals, and client presentations
• Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery excellence and measurable client outcomes
• Support recruiting, mentoring, and development of team members within the Transformation capability

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience scoping and leading multiple large-scale workforce transformations in complex organizations
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect strategy, operating models, process, and technology
• Deep understanding of business process design, organizational behavior, and digital enablement
• Proven experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or professional services
• Experience owning significant revenue responsibilities (approximately $2.5M+)
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and influence enterprise-wide agendas
• A clear, informed perspective on the impact of AI on the future of work
