Workforce Management Senior Forecasting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Optimize staffing levels, forecasting, and scheduling resources by analyzing business volume and trends.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce management processes and governance.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process changes and coaching.
• Manage operational readiness plans to support desired customer outcomes and business needs.
• Deliver forecasting and analytics to support customer care, collections, fraud, and other operational areas.
• Use data analysis to support decision-making and improve forecasting methods and processes.

Requirements

• Experience using data analysis and problem-solving skills to support business decision-making and forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with large datasets.
• Coding knowledge in Python or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively across business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workforce Management forecasting and analytics within an operational environment.
• Familiarity with advanced forecasting methods and time series modeling techniques.
• Understanding of contact center data environments, including AWS or similar platforms.
