About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between Workforce Management and Operations to ensure WFM disciplines are adopted and applied in decision-making
- Translate complex WFM insights and jargon into clear, actionable operational trade-offs
- Shift Operations from reactive, short-term decisions toward planned, data-driven execution
- Constructively challenge senior leaders when decisions undermine workforce plans or scalability
- Mentor and coach Intraday and Scheduling Specialists to improve decision quality and professional development
- Drive the adoption of new WFM playbooks and frameworks across different operational units
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Workforce Management or Operations within high-volume environments
- Knowledge of Financial Services operational environments, specifically KYC or FinCrime
- Strong analytical reasoning skills with the ability to identify leading and lagging indicators
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and driving change management initiatives
- Understanding of schedule optimization and WFM principles (e.g., Erlang, Shrinkage, Occupancy)
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or public holidays as required
