Workforce Management Forecasting and Analytics VP

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for demand forecasting and workforce planning analytics across contact center and back-office operations.
• Optimize staffing levels, forecasting, and scheduling resources by analyzing business volume and trends.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce management processes and governance.
• Identify industry trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and operational readiness.
• Manage and coach analytical teams, defining responsibilities and planning for future departmental needs.
• Advise senior management and key stakeholders on functional impacts and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business functions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing, coaching, and managing analytical teams.
• Expertise in workforce management forecasting and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams within a large-scale operational environment.
• Familiarity with consumer banking operations.
• Experience with contact center data platforms such as AWS.
