About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Care Coordination, Rostering, and Recruitment teams to meet workforce needs
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to front-line Aged Care team members
- Ensure Support Workers are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Maintain and develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Requirements
- Strong leadership, coordination, and peer support skills
- Established problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Proficiency in using technology, including mobile devices and computers
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to clear probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check
