Workforce Lead, Aged Care

Responsibilities

• Partner with Care Coordination, Rostering, and Recruitment teams to meet workforce needs
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to front-line Aged Care team members
• Ensure Support Workers are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Maintain and develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Requirements

• Strong leadership, coordination, and peer support skills
• Established problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Proficiency in using technology, including mobile devices and computers
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Ability to clear probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check
