About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate workforce databases, contractor records, and manpower information
- Validate workforce attendance, contractor timesheets, and supporting documentation
- Monitor workforce headcount, attendance, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and labor utilization
- Analyze workforce performance trends and provide actionable insights to management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain workforce KPIs to support operational performance
- Support payroll validation for subcontracted manpower
- Monitor labor costs and provide workforce analysis to support budgeting and cost optimization
- Ensure workforce data accuracy across HR and contractor management systems
- Generate reports required for audits, management reviews, and compliance activities
- Track completion of mandatory HSE training, inductions, certifications, and medical fitness requirements
- Monitor workforce compliance with contractor documentation and regulatory requirements
- Analyze workforce trends that may impact safety, including excessive overtime and staffing shortages
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve workforce analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing HR and blue-collar workforce management
- In-depth understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and industrial relations
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and performance systems
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
