About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete and manage schedule exceptions and adjustments on a daily basis
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data by responding to time-off requests and schedule changes
- Monitor all Real-Time and Intra-Day activities to ensure operational goals are met
- Track and manage contact centre schedule adherence
- Conduct analysis and recommend solutions for real-time performance opportunities
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to Management
- Develop strong working relationships to ensure efficient problem solving
Requirements
- Senior Certificate or higher
- 18+ months of customer service experience in related positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong basic math skills
- Ability to pass an in-house Excel skills-based test
- Above average punctuality and personal attendance
