Workflow Solutions and Business Development Manager – GRS

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and demand creation for robotic welding and workflow solutions across Turkey, Africa, and MEA
• Identify and develop strategic business opportunities in collaboration with the global Business Development Leadership team
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to support structured opportunity development
• Execute GRS go-to-market strategies to drive the growth of robotics solutions
• Build long-term relationships with regional integrators and key account customers
• Transition sales focus from individual components to comprehensive workflow solutions
• Represent the company externally at key industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, automation, or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience with robotic welding, automation, or industrial workflow solutions
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding
• A structured and disciplined approach to opportunity management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
