Workflow Operations Manager - Labeling

Responsibilities

• Lead the LLM Labeling and Workflow Operations teams
• Oversee alert triage, operational decision-making, data labeling, quality assurance, queue management, and escalation handling
• Build and refine datasets, taxonomies, workflows, review processes, and operational systems
• Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, Customer Success, and Sales teams
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted decision-making
• Translate frontline operational knowledge into product requirements and scalable systems
• Support customer conversations regarding operational models and automation strategy

Requirements

• Experience as an operational leader
• Experience building and scaling operational programs
• Experience with labeling, workflow operations, QA, alert triage, or queue management
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical environments
• Ability to engage with executive customers
• Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor
