Workers' Compensation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Independently oversee a caseload of approximately 20 workers' compensation files
• Act as the primary operational partner to the Workers' Compensation Attorney
• Manage client communication via email and case management software
• Build client trust and request feedback/Google reviews
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and case management software for document management
• Identify and implement next steps independently to maintain case momentum
• Assist with medical records requests and lien management if role expands

Requirements

• Several years of dedicated workers' compensation experience
• Ability to work independently and manage a department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Excellent organizational and file management skills
