About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently oversee a caseload of approximately 20 workers' compensation files
- Act as the primary operational partner to the Workers' Compensation Attorney
- Manage client communication via email and case management software
- Build client trust and request feedback/Google reviews
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and case management software for document management
- Identify and implement next steps independently to maintain case momentum
- Assist with medical records requests and lien management if role expands
Requirements
- Several years of dedicated workers' compensation experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and file management skills
